This young Turkish talent is pure focus on the water, always in control of the wind. 2025 she claimed 2nd place at the Turkish National Youth Championships Fin Slalom and then took silver at the IFCA Grand Slam Fin & Foil Worlds right here in Alaçatı. Precision, power, and total control that’s Ilya, a rising star you don’t wanna miss 🤙🏻
Keep your eyes on ITA-278 Gabriele Prosperi. This young Italian ripper is making waves in slalom, both fin and foil. In 2024 he doubled up at the Italian Youth Championships in Marina di Ragusa U20 Fin, first place… U20 Foil, first place. Two golds, one future. Already shining at home, now stepping onto the international stage. This rising star is the real deal. 🤙🏻

It’s been an incredible week here in Alaçatı with amazing vibes from start to finish!
Today we crowned the new Foil Slalom World Champions.
Sadly, the wind never favored the fin racing, but the vibes have been amazing all week long!

A big shoutout to all the athletes for their patience, spirit, and true sportsmanship throughout the week.

FINAL DAY IN ALAÇATI!
Yesterday the wind kept us waiting till the very end — but it never showed.
So far, we’ve completed 4 eliminations and 6 races for Women in the Foil division in this championship.

The wind finally kicked in and the Foils took flight!
The wind showed up — and so did the action! ⚡
As the afternoon progressed, the breeze kept building, setting the stage for even more Foil Slalom racing.
Day 3 in Alaçatı
A calm morning turned into action by midday as the thermal wind kicked in. Foil racing picked up with Elimination 3, and while most results for the top stayed steady, Sacha Fortune made his move in the Youth Division to take the lead! Racing continues as the wind builds… watch it live!

The first foil heats hit the water, with a light wind forecast, Foil Slalom was prioritized to open the World Championships here in Alacati Turkey.
